Housing and Dining License
The Housing and Dining License is binding for a full academic year which includes both the fall and spring semesters.
Billing & Payments
Housing costs and meal plans are billed by the Office of Residential Life & Housing after students’ submit their housing applications. Students may pay their housing deposit and bill via the Enterprise e-Billing + Payment System. For additional information regarding billing and tuition, contact the Bursar’s office or the Financial Aid office.
Meal Plans
All residential students are required to purchase one of the residential meal plans.
The Dining License is in effect for the entire academic year when classes are in session. All new incoming first-year students are required to be on the unlimited meal plan for the duration of their first year on campus. Auxiliary Services administers the SUNY Polytechnic ID cards and meal plans.
Changes to a student’s selected meal plan are accepted until 4:00 p.m. the first Friday of classes each semester. After this date, changes to meal plans are not accepted.
