The Department of Computer and Information Sciences offers degree programs leading to a Bachelors of Science in Computer and Information Science, Computer Information Systems,and Applied Computing. The department also offers degree programs leading to a Masters of Science in Computer and Information Science.
Additionally, the department offers a unique and elite accelerated degree program that enables students to obtain both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer and Information Science in a shorter time-frame than is normally required. Our programs allow students to tailor their course selections according to their own strengths and interests. Our graduates are prepared to pursue a variety of career paths that include (but are not limited to): software development, computer and information systems development, IT administration, programming, cyber security, and research. Our graduates are in high demand, both regionally and nationally.

Engineering Technology (ET) includes programs in Civil ET, Computer ET, Electrical ET, and Mechanical ET, which are all accredited by ETAC/ABET. The goal of the ET department is to prepare students to enter professional careers and graduate study. Graduates from the ET programs are problem solvers with hands-on skills and well-rounded technical backgrounds.
