Our undergraduate programs are: Applied Mathematics, Biology, Communication and Information Design, Interactive Media & Game Design, Interdisciplinary Studies, Psychology, and Sociology. For students pursuing a graduate degree, the College offers a Master of Science in Information Design & Technology, and two Certificates of Advanced Study: one in Data Analysis, and another in Computational and Mathematical Modeling.
The College supports the education of every SUNY Poly student, regardless of major, because of our commitment to General Education; we also offer the most extensive array of minors at SUNY Poly. Choosing a minor allows students to broaden their academic experience outside their primary discipline.
Faculty in the College publish in leading journals and present their work in national and international conferences. Their research and scholarship has broad and lasting societal impact across a variety of fields. Our faculty have received international recognition, such as Fulbright Awards, and serve on editorial boards of leading national and international scholarly journals and organizations. In addition, our faculty include many recipients of the SUNY Chancellor’s Awards for Excellence in Teaching, and for Excellence in Scholarship and Creative Activities.
Should you have questions about a particular major offered by our College, please feel free to contact my office or the faculty in the program.
